Airframe is in good shape.
Damage history: Yes, prior owners. Segment of wing re-skinned by TrueFlight in 2010 (no visible trace, no reason given in logs), and Fletchair repairs a deer strike in 2014.
Windows: Some minor bluing of the cabin windows; Windscreen is clear. Some scratches.
Notes: Sensenich prop (62" pitch), split bowl STC, WX8 stormscope (works), Century IIB autopilot (console needs hdg switch rebuild; servos and gyros work.), Digital OAT. McFarlane throttle cable. Fine-wire spark plugs.
Logbook are available:
Primary avionics: GNS 430W and GTX 345ES
Plus: GMA 340 with 4-place intercom setup, 2 nav heads, powerful secondary radio, and ELT.
Engine monitor: Insight GEM 602 Engine Monitor (4-place EGT/CHT)
Interior: Good condition. Some minor stuff: Missing seatbelt clip, rear vent control fell off and needs to be remounted. One of the headliner plastic bits is a bit warped.
Exterior: Overall good, with some chips and scratches. Some patches that need work. Particularly the "Grumman Ass Print" spot at the wing root of both wings needs bondo & paint.
Hangared: Yes. Consistently hangared for the last 5 years during my ownership, and previous owner also stated it was hangared during his ownership
