Starting Your USA Area Brokerage

This is probably one of the simplest and least expensive business you can start. We make everything as easy as possible for you.  

The following will give you some of the details necessary to assist you in your decision toward becoming an Area Broker.

Should you agree this opportunity is for you, we will teach you to broker and list all types of aircraft in your assigned (sector) area.  The aircraft involved would include but not be limited to:

Single engine, high performance
Multi-engine
Turboprop
Jet
Helicopter

As a USA Aircraft Broker Area Broker, you will have an exclusive area (sector), which includes at least 500 five hundred (500) high performance airplane and helicopter owners. A sector is defined as a client base of as many aircraft owners, which one Area Broker can service effectively.  You can expand your area (sector) simply by doing an additional 500 newsletter mailings to that area and paying the additional support fee. 

When an aircraft sells, commissions are paid in a fashion similar to commissions in the real estate industry between brokers and agents. For example:

You are paid 70% of gross commissions if you list the aircraft and sell the aircraft.
You are paid 50% of gross Broker commissions if you sell an aircraft listed by another Broker.  

Your complete Turn Key Start-Up investment to become an Area Broker includes:  online classes, video training tape, operational manual, all contracts and forms, business cards, ACT! Contact management software, WinFax communication software, aircraft owners registration disk or printout, a listing of your Area Broker Location on our USA Aircraft Web Page, and the first 500 USA newsletters or fliers mailed to 500 high performance aircraft owners in your area.   The first newsletters mailed to your list of 500 owners introducing you as the Area Broker for USA Aircraft Brokers, Inc. serve a twofold purpose:  (1) they will inform potential clients that you can get them get top retail, rather than dealer wholesale prices, for their aircraft and (2) these newsletters will bring your Area Brokerage, aircraft listings, aircraft management and fraction-shares sales in jet and turbines services to the attention of prospective clients.

We will finance $2300.00: 50% of the $4,600.00* start-up cost at $100.00 per month at no interest. *Any remaining balance on either package will be due upon closing of your first sale.
